TWO PEOPLE. ONE ACRE.
AN ONGOING CONVERSATION BETWEEN OPTIMISM AND REALISM.
Shea (Shehan)
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD GROWER
Shea runs the field operations. He’s the mind behind our complex seasonal crop plans, rare seed sourcing, and direct chef pipelines. Before he traded his desk for the tractor, his days were spent in a corporate office and his nights behind a DJ booth. Now, he approaches the Amaranth soil with that same creative energy, a steady trust in the process, and an obsession with real flavor.
Natalie
CO-FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Nat leads the flower side of Green & Bloom, overseeing every stage—from planting heritage varieties to designing loose, structural arrangements and installations for markets, gatherings and celebrations. She also shapes the farm’s visual identity and how its story is told. Happiest outdoors, she brings intention, warmth and a refined eye to everything Green & Bloom grows and creates.
The Farm is Still Growing
We’re first-generation farmers building Green & Bloom one season at a time. What began with one acre is becoming something larger: more unusual food, more flowers grown close to home, and more opportunities to bring people onto the farm.
We’re still learning, still experimenting, and still discovering what this place can become. That’s part of the work and the part we’re most excited about.
