Every week,
a fresh harvest
in your bag

Farm Share members receive the best of each season while supporting small-scale, sustainable farming. Your share helps sustain the work—seeds, soil, and everything a season demands—and each week, you collect the harvest: vegetables and herbs grown here, picked at their peak.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We send an email the day before pickup with details about that week's vegetables along with simple recipe ideas. Each bag reflects what's ready in the fields and typically includes a mix of greens, herbs, root vegetables, and seasonal crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, and squash.

  • If you can't make a pickup, please let us know ahead of time. You can skip a week, arrange another pickup time, or have a friend or neighbour collect your share.

  • If you're away for a week or two, just let us know in advance. You can skip a week and add it later in the season, or ask someone to pick up your share.

  • Each week's harvest reflects what's thriving in the fields, so some vegetables may appear more than once during their peak season. If you have allergies or strong dislikes, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.

  • Our farm share includes 5–8 varieties of vegetables each week, which is typically ideal for individuals, couples, or small families with young children. If you'd like more produce, you're always welcome to purchase additional items when available.
